Before After
Wholly Kicks came in with a calendar booked through 2027 and a website that wasn't reaching the donors and sponsors who could change their trajectory. Their first website CTA was "Request a shoe event." What I noticed was an opportunity to reframe the entire brand + digital experience around the people they most needed to reach.
I built an accessibility-driven identity and a 40-page site architecture that created clear paths for donors, sponsors, and volunteers. Each one guided through the why, how, and what of getting involved.

“Kristi went above and beyond with our audit. Prior to our meeting, she had clearly done research and came to our meeting prepared with great questions and smart ideas. The value we are getting from her far exceeds the expense. We definitely recommend using her.”
A comprehensive review of your brand and digital presence. I look at what is working, what is unclear, and where the biggest opportunities are. Data, research, and patterns inform the findings. You leave with a prioritized roadmap and quick wins you can act on immediately.
A prioritized roadmap, accessibility notes, a detailed checklist of improvements, and quick wins you can act on right away. You also leave with guidance across your brand's visual and verbal identity, plus a proposal shaped around what's next.
A one-time audit typically takes one week from kickoff to delivery. A quarterly audit is a focused 60 minute session with findings and next steps delivered the same day.
The one-time audit is a comprehensive deep dive: about a week of hands-on work that ends with a prioritized roadmap, quick wins, and a proposal. It's the right starting point when you want a full read on where things stand.
The quarterly option is an ongoing rhythm rather than a one-time project. Each quarter is a focused 60-minute session with findings and next steps delivered the same day, so you have a consistent strategic eye on your brand and site as you grow. It works best once the initial audit has set the baseline, or when you already know your foundation and want steady check-ins.
Every audit is led by me directly, not delegated to a junior team or automated by a tool. The findings reflect 15+ years of design, brand and digital strategy experience.
You receive a prioritized roadmap with clear next steps. Some clients act on the quick wins immediately with their own team. Others grow the engagement into a brand system, a website, or an ongoing partnership. There is no obligation to continue. The audit stands on its own.
If you know something could be working better but aren't sure where to focus, the audit is the clearest place to start. It gives you an outside perspective, a prioritized list of what to address first, and a clear path forward without committing to a larger scope before you're ready.
